STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Below text serves as a suggestion and doesn’t engage Odoo S.A. responsibility.

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, My Company reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. My Company will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, My Company reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can My Company become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to My Company in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. My Company undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. My Company cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, My Company must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.


TRAINING COURSE "ENROLLMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:


  1. ABTEC reserves the rights to modify, cancel or postpone a schedule course if and when necessary.
  2. Reservation Fee: Deductible to training fee and NON- REFUNDABLE (if withdrawn or cancelled  by trainee)
  3. .500 for In-house/ MDS/ STCW/ TESDA
  4. .Php5,000.00 for Professional Development Course
  5. Must have a 50% down payment at least 3 working days before the training schedule to be officially enrolled.
  6. Once the training is dissolve or postpone by ABTEC, FULL REFUND is guaranteed (if trainee withdraws)
  7. If withdrawn/ cancelled by enrolled trainee before training schedule, a 30% surcharge of gross amount will be deducted.
  8. If no show/ withdrawn/ cancelled by enrolled trainee during training schedule, NO REFUND
  9. Whose name appears in the information above will be used and shown in making the certificate.
  10. Any errors committed upon filling up this form and is latter found out upon receiving the certificate will be charged for an additional payment of 250.00 for the re-issuance of corrected certificate


Data Privacy Statement:


AMLO Bros. Training & Education Corp., acknowledges its responsibilities pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) with regard to data processing from collection to destruction and further ensuring that all information of data subjects (members) are processed in   adherence to the general principles of transparency, legitimacy, and proportionality. Also, the Company recognizes the rights of the customers and/or trainees to: a) be informed, b) object, c) access, d) correct, and e) rectification, erasure, or blocking.


The personal data obtained from the customers and/or trainees is processed, entered and stored indefinitely within the control and authorized system of the Company and processes for documentation and program administration and will only be accessed and used by authorized personnel.


Declaration of Consent:

In view of the foregoing  and in connection with ABTEC. I hereby give my consent to the Company to collect, use, store, update or modify, process, disclose or share my personal data such as but not limited to the following sensitive information- name, age, date of birth, civil status, religion, address, contact numbers and other contact information, education records - as requested by its proper authorities and subsidiaries. Likewise, giving my consent to the Cooperative to share my personal data required by government agencies (e.g. CDA, BSP, MARINA, PRC , DFA, TESDA, POEA, PSG, OTS) relative to my training enrollment.


By submitting this form, I also give my consent to ABTEC to have my photographs taken  during meetings/ events. The Company may use these photographs for email communications, press releases, marketing and/ or website publications, and for any other legitimate purposes and intent of the Corporation.
