Course Description
Prepares crew to handle passenger emergencies and control large crowds calmly and safely. Mandatory for those on passenger ships.

3. STEP 3: PROOF OF PAYMENT -

No payment proof within 12 hours = Automatic cancellation - ABTEC reserves the right to cancel enrollments that do not comply with registration requirements.
ENROLLMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. ABTEC reserves the rights to modify, cancel or postpone a schedule course if and when necessary.
2. Reservation Fee: Deductible to training fee and NON- REFUNDABLE (if withdrawn or cancelled by trainee).500 for In-house/ MDS/ STCW/ TESDA.Php5,000.00 for Professional Development Course
3. Must have a 50% down payment at least 3 working days before the training schedule to be officially enrolled
4. Once the training is dissolve or postpone by ABTEC, FULL REFUND is guaranteed (if trainee withdraws)
5. If withdrawn/ cancelled by enrolled trainee before training schedule, a 30% surcharge of gross amount will be deducted.
6. If no show/ withdrawn/ cancelled by enrolled trainee during training schedule, NO REFUND
7. Whose name appears in the information above will be used and shown in making the certificate.
8. Any errors committed upon filling up this form and is latter found out upon receiving the certificate will be charged for an additional payment of 250.00 for the re-issuance of corrected certificate
9. If the Enrollment Report was sent to Marina, the trainees cannot reschedule their training to another time of the day of their original schedule. If they made the payment, it will be forfeited, and they will need to pay again at the same price. Make-Up Class Policy: Participants who are unable to attend their scheduled training sessions without a valid and approved reason will be required to pay the full training fee of the course in which they are enrolled in order to avail of a make-up class. Valid reasons must be supported by official documentation (e.g., medical certificate, emergency-related proof and are subject to management approval. Failure to provide a valid reason will result in no free or discounted make-up classes. (refer #9)
